Welcome to SYNQ, a platform operated by Tahoma Incorporated (“Tahoma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We are committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy. 1. SCOPE & ELIGIBILITY

1.1 Who We Are

Tahoma Incorporated is a U.S. corporation (Delaware C-Corp) providing the SYNQ platform for online ticketing, event management, and audience analytics.

1.2 U.S.-Only Services

At this time, we only offer the SYNQ platform in the United States. We do not currently operate in the European Union, UK, Canada, or other international markets.

1.3 Age Restriction

Our platform is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at support@getsynq.io.

    • Aggregating data across events to identify trends, “tastemakers,” and general audience behavior.
    • Developing new features, improving user experience, and training AI models.

    • Showing nearby events, location-specific recommendations, or real-time updates.

    • Retaining data, even after an organizer requests deletion, if we believe it’s necessary for legal compliance or security reasons.

  1. With Event Organizers:
    • If you purchase a ticket or engage with a specific organizer’s event, that organizer will receive the attendee data needed to manage the event.
    • Organizers can import or export attendee data (e.g., fan lists) from SYNQ, subject to their own data handling practices.
  2. With Third-Party Service Providers:
    • For payment processing (e.g., Stripe).
    • For analytics, hosting, email/SMS marketing, AI/ML services, or customer support tools. These partners may receive PII depending on the service provided.
  3. Aggregate or De-Identified Data:
    • We may share anonymized or aggregated data with record labels, A&R teams, or other business partners for marketing or research. This data does not identify you personally.
  4. Future Partnerships:
    • We may expand partnerships or features to share cookie-based or other analytics data with advertisers or marketing platforms. We will update this Policy if such sharing becomes significant.
  5. Legal or Regulatory Compliance:
    • To comply with a valid subpoena, court order, legal process, or request from government or law enforcement, when necessary to protect our rights or the rights of others.

    • You can set your profile to be publicly visible or private. You can also choose whether to display your event attendance history, block certain users, or restrict phone contact matching.
